ID is required for all parties being tested age 18 and over. Be sure to bring a valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID. Legal paternity tests cannot be performed without a valid ID. Additionally, all parties involved in the test must be present and agree to be photographed. The test includes DNA analysis for one (1) child and the alleged father. If you wish to include an additional child in this test, there will be an additional fee.
